The product covers travelers for missed connections whether due to a flight delay, cancellation, or diversion.
How:
- Koala MCC insurance tracks connecting flights at all the airports around the world and supports both traditional and Virtual Interline connections.
- As soon as a breach of connection is detected, Koala sends a message to the traveler, and with ‘one click’ the bank transfer is initiated. This insurance requires no proof or justification to claim.
