AIA Hong Kong, in collaboration with Bloom, launches “Care for You 24” to offer instant cover for purchases made at designated merchants via the mobile app.
Why:
AIA Hong Kong aims to enhance customer experience and offer a hassle-free shopping experience at a low premium through new digital interactive approaches.
How:
- At HKD 7.8, “Care for You 24” provides instant cover for up to 24 hours on accidental loss in function of their purchase.
- Other purchases made at designated merchants within the 31-day cover period will get 24-hour protection.
- Customers can make a claim via the app within three days from when the accidental loss happens.
- They should complete the claim form, provide the receipt and other documents showing the purchase time, price, model, etc. The claim will be settled within 24 hours upon completion of relevant procedures.
- The first 10,000 customers who apply for “Care for You 24” during the promotion period will get a one-time premium waiver.
